A special art exhibition by artist in residence, Siobhan Lewis to commemorate 50 years of The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. Fusilliers – Moments in time is a collection of  framed artworks in a variety of mediums including paint, pencil & ink showing all aspects of life as a Fusilier.
The works are based on photographs from the Fusilier Museum’s collection or personal images sent in especially for the project by veterans and former fusiliers.
Siobhan’s studio will also be open with all the preps, working drawings for all to see. (see prep work below)
The museum is open Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm (last admission 4pm) and Saturday 10am – 4pm (last admission 3pm).

By Car:
The Fusilier Museum is only an hour’s drive from Leeds, Bradford, Preston, Cheshire and less than an hour from Liverpool and Huddersfield.  Leave the M66 at Jn 2, follow the brown tourism signs to the East Lancashire Railway and park in the pay and display car park.  Walk up the stone stairs, go straight forward and you will see the museum’s glass atrium in front of you.  The entrance is on the right hand side.
